A large handmade and creator’s market will be held on Sunday, May 20th in Le Rouret, at Place de la Libération.
All day long, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, the public will be able to discover original and unique works offered by artists (wood and metal jewelry, textile creations, paintings, sculptures, decorative objects, enamels, engraving, framing, floral art, customized shoes, bags, etc.)
Then, at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, painters from the Rouret association Atelier Art et Peinture will offer around fifteen of their works for an auction in aid of a humanitarian charity (Rencontres Africaines association).
The funds raised will be used to finance medical care, surgical operations, the drilling of wells, and the purchase of livestock in certain regions of Africa.
