Cook and Shoot welcomes you to the new cultural hub Auguste Escoffier in a brand new workshop worthy of the kitchens of the greatest chefs, equipped with high-end professional and semi-professional equipment… All to introduce you or enhance your skills in the art of sweet and savory.
These courses, open to the public, will be organized by level to satisfy everyone, both in the morning and in the afternoon. According to the seasons, seasonal products, and their specialties, the Chefs will be there for you, in small groups of a maximum of 12 people, providing you with their knowledge, sharing their tips, and guiding you in a simple and friendly atmosphere. Depending on the course, you will take your preparation with you or enjoy it on-site with the chef.
From a single dish to a menu (starter/main course or main course/dessert), including pastries and many themed courses, the workshop offers six workstations for two people facing the chef’s station, who will guide you in your every move.
