Dr. Anne Geoffray, Head of the Radiology Department at Lenval, accompanied by radiologists Marco Albertario, Myriam Guesmi, Béatrice Leloutre, Corinne Boyer, Carole Leroux, and Amila Cavalleri, has inaugurated the brand-new radiology room equipped by the company NUMERIX, represented by Didier Sensey, President of NUMERIX Group; Thierry Mior, NUMERIX Sales Director; Jean-François Bonna, GMM/Opera Swing Product Manager; and Florence Guichard, Sales Engineer.

This inauguration took place in the presence of Julien Riera, General Secretary of the Lenval Foundation, representing Mr. Bernard Lecat, General Director.

A remote-controlled room equipped with an “Opera Swing” radio table, a unique, innovative, versatile, fast, and very low-irradiation system.

OPERA Swing is a highly integrated system, designed to fully exploit all the potential offered by dynamic detectors in the field of diagnostic radiology.

The remote-controlled room installed at the Lenval Foundation is a unique system combining an emergency room, a remote-controlled room, and a bone room in a single system. It allows up to 120 examinations per day, thanks to its operational efficiency in any type of examination: emergency procedures, digital angiography, interventional radiology, spinal and lower limb reconstruction.

Comfort, safety, and speed of diagnosis for the patient.

Its architecture allows all examinations to be carried out easily without having to reposition the patient (a unique feature) and ensures total system functionality with the patient both on the table and in direct contact with the detector.

The Trixell Pixium RF4343 digital detector guarantees fast and precise diagnostics, allowing for reduced examination time and optimization of patient flow.

The OPERA Swing is currently the least irradiating table on the market (thanks in particular to the retractable grid, highly appreciated in pediatric radiology).

It is suitable for all types of populations: children (low irradiation), people with reduced mobility (the patient carrier platform can lower to 40 cm off the ground), polytraumatized patients, emergencies (easy use of the stretcher without having to move the patient).

Through this investment, the Lenval Foundation continues a policy of excellence in equipping its technical platform and reducing patient irradiation, particularly important in pediatrics.
