On Thursdays July 5, 12, 19 and August 2 and 16, 2012, the 7th edition of the Plages Electroniques will take place. The age of reason appears… However, there is no question of abandoning the ideals that have guided the festival’s formula since its creation: a selection of artists who never succumb to the sirens of ease, guaranteeing a sharp and popular musical communion.
Thus, the Plages Electroniques continue to offer a journey in five stages around the planet of electronic music, five stages for five musical colors: Electro, Electro-Hip Hop, Dubstep / Drum & Bass, Techno, and Deep House will be the ingredients of this new edition.
And as every year, the lineup honors artists who are making headlines (C2C, Seth Troxler, Maceo Plex, Breakbot, Doctor P…), living legends (Ellen Allien, Busy P, Muggs, Zinc, Dave Clarke…), current discoveries (MC2, Surkin, Julian Jewel, Zhao…), and the best local ambassadors (Diams, Irish Steph, Olive-R…).
