Louis Bertignac is best known for his years playing guitar with the band Téléphone. Yet, in recent years, he has successfully established himself as a true composer.
The turning point came in 2002 when he composed *Quelqu’un m’a dit*, Carla Bruni’s debut album. Two years later, the singer returned the favor by writing several songs for him. These songs revealed a new side of Louis Bertignac – that of a singer full of sensitivity. He marked his big comeback in 2005 with the album *Longtemps*.
From his own compositions to covers of Téléphone, Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Police, and The Stones, Louis Bertignac creates a very rock ‘n’ roll world when he is on stage.
Meet on September 24, 2009, at the Grand Auditorium of Cannes starting at 8 PM. Louis Bertignac will be joined by Band of Gwana, and the opening act will be the band Tornado.

Round 2 with Babyshambles
The English rock band founded by Pete Doherty in 2003 is quite young but has already experienced many upheavals. Babyshambles has seen it all. A leader who oscillates between rehab and prison. Dismissals from their first record label. Random formation of the band. The members have continuously joined and left the band until 2004.
Babyshambles currently consists of Pete Doherty (vocals and guitar), Mick Withnall (guitar), Drew McConnel (bass), and Adam Ficek (drums).
The debut album, *Down in Albion*, was released in 2005. In October 2007, it was time for *Shotter’s Nation* to be released. An album that was very well received by critics. An opus that almost makes up for the media mishaps of the junkie-poet Pete Doherty.
Babyshambles is a mix of everything… alternative music and British rock, melancholic lyrics, songs that sway between sweetness and pain.
