Located in the heart of the pedestrian area of Nice, the restaurants Le Magenta and Maison Margaux have recently been renovated.
The Hocotel group offers a wide variety of gourmet and tourist options in the heart of the French Riviera. It includes 6 establishments in the pedestrian area of Nice: the hotels Univers, Sweden, and Ambassador, as well as the restaurants Maison Margaux, Le Magenta, and La Lorraine.
These establishments are being revamped one at a time to meet current expectations and demands. Today, we present two restaurants after renovation.
From breakfast to dinner, including lunch, afternoon tea, afterwork, as well as Sunday brunch, all your desires can be fulfilled!
Le Magenta
Le Magenta is a traditional brasserie with refined and gourmet Mediterranean cuisine.
The exterior structure has been completely redesigned and now features a modern and warm blue/gray color scheme. You can also settle on the new “Parisian-style” terrace, but to enjoy the Nice sun.
Let’s not forget the presence of an extensive seafood bar. Passersby can order whelks, lobsters, and other seafood, on-site or to take away.
Regarding desserts, the chef invited the Niçois Taha Boudhib to create a selection of pastries to enjoy both at Le Magenta and at Maison Margaux.
Maison Margaux
Maison Margaux welcomes you in a trendy and relaxed atmosphere.
You can enjoy an original cocktail, shared tapas, a gourmet dish, or indulge with a small sweet treat. On the menu, truffle rigatoni, grilled sea bass on the grill, and avocado toast.
