English saxophonist and singer, Drew Davies plays with energy a repertoire strongly influenced by American music from the 40s and 50s, at the crossroads of swing and rock ‘n’ roll, like the hits of Louis Prima or Louis Jordan.
His Rhythm Combo (saxophone-vocals, piano, guitar, double bass, drums) is the favorite band of the famous Caveau de la Huchette in Paris and is acclaimed in the Netherlands (Breda Jazz Festival several times) and Switzerland (Ascona Jazz Festival several times).
A warm evening in prospect with this enthusiastic young musician whose motto is “Let the good times roll”!
