The City of Nice, its Cinema Directorate, and its Cinematheque regularly engage in hospital sectors. These workshops are established in partnership with the Management of L’Archet-Lenval Hospitals and with the support of associations specialized in image education.
These sessions are part of the mission to develop image education activities aimed at young audiences and restricted audiences.
They notably offer the organization of animation film workshops for children and adolescents hospitalized with long-term illnesses and in child psychiatry.
The initiation to animation cinema allows children to discover an artistic practice linked to the technique of animated images while promoting the development of their imagination.
Four cinema meetings are proposed this year: Ratatouille (Wednesday, April 18), Shrek 4 (Friday, June 15), Toy Story (Wednesday, September 19), and Flipper (Friday, November 16).
