Christian Estrosi and Jean-Pierre Rivรจre, surrounded by all the members of the jury, unveiled this morning the 4 names chosen for the future stands of the Allianz Riviera. These names were selected from the 10 proposals most frequently mentioned by the people of Nice during the “Name Your Stand” consultation that took place from Saturday, September 8 to Thursday, October 18, 2012.
The stands of the Allianz Riviera will bear the following names:
- North Stand: Ray
- South Stand: Populaire Sud
- East Stand: Garibaldi
- West Stand: Sรฉgurane
The jury was composed of Christian Estrosi, Deputy, Mayor of Nice, President of Nice Cรดte d’Azur, Jean-Pierre Rivรจre, President of OGCN Nice, Gilles Veissiรจre, Deputy Delegate for Sports, Xavier Lortat Jacob, President of Allianz Riviera, Ange Ferracci, President of the OGC Nice association, and 5 representatives of supporter clubs.
