Here are the first estimates of the results from this second round of the Nice cantonal elections at 9 PM. They will be updated as the final results from the various polling stations come in. No surprises so far, with all Front National candidates defeated in the Nice cantons. In the flagship 14th canton, Dominique Estrosi-Sassone is leading ahead of Paul Cuturello. The turnout at 8 PM was 39.40%. In the Villefranche canton, Xavier Beck reportedly defeated René Vestri by just over 200 votes.
