At the end of the festivities, the king is burned at sea… to be reborn from his ashes the following year, as tradition dictates. A long procession composed of the King’s float, personalities, and a thousand schoolchildren, parades from the Quai des Etats-Unis to the Ruhl beach.
At 10 PM, a spectacular and elegant fireworks display, like never seen in the Bay of Angels, will celebrate the end of the Carnival.
