The Carnival has added a fun sporting component, the Carnival Run, a “fun” race where participants can dress up as they choose!
The starting signal will be given this Sunday at 10:00 AM on the Promenade des Anglais for the 5 km and 10 km events, and at 11:30 AM for the children’s 1 km event.
The final concert and the award ceremony will take place from 11:15 AM on Place Masséna for the event winners, with a selection of the most beautiful costumes.
The Deputy Mayor of Nice, President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, Christian Estrosi, will participate in the event wearing bib number 6, as he usually does.
