During this National Diabetes Prevention Week, the City of Nice is organizing a type 2 diabetes information and prevention campaign from Monday, June 3 to Friday, June 7.
In France, one in 7 people has type 2 diabetes without even knowing it. And in Nice, 30% of Nice residents over the age of 60 are said to be diabetic or at risk. It is therefore very important to take all possible precautions regarding this, knowing that cases have increased by 5% over the last 10 years.
On the occasion of the National Diabetes Prevention Week, the City of Nice, with the support of its partners, is organizing a type 2 diabetes information and prevention campaign from Monday, June 3 to Friday, June 7, with specific actions implemented for the most at-risk populations.
