The Vocabolando training center of the Italian Chamber of Commerce invites you to savor the language of Dante, in the true sense of the word, on the occasion of Italy at the Table, a showcase of Italian gastronomic excellence that the Italian Chamber of Commerce is organizing for the 7th edition from June 2 to 5, 2011, at Jardin Albert I in Nice.


la_cuisine_16_.jpgIndeed, Italian language culinary presentations are offered, allowing you to playfully and deliciously discover the lexical field of Italian gastronomy.

Whether you are a beginner or already passionate about Italian, the presentation will allow you to add a few useful and sometimes unique words to your vocabulary.

Pomodori, basilico, spaghetti,… you know what that means! But what is the purpose of the mestolo? And what could the verb scolare mean?
Well, if you are at a loss, come discover it during Italy at the Table;

Not forgetting the food/wine pairing suggestions that the chef will propose for each illustrated recipe.

At the end of the class, a copy of the recipe, ingredients, and preparation methods will be handed to you with a little giftโ€ฆ

Available places are limited to 15/20 people per session:
