A new season of the Nice Jazz Festival Off will take place until July 21.
Presented under six labels: Arts, Conferences, Friends, On Stage, Pitchoun, and Tremplin, the Off festival promises unique moments with nearly 250 events in 30 locations.
Prior to the main event, this festival will take place over a month in the city’s restaurants, bars, and galleries.
The goal? To allow all audiences to access this universal music for free and to open up to other artistic forms while supporting local bands.
Thus, from the tramway to Place Masséna, passing through the markets and the Promenade du Paillon, the people of Nice of all ages, as well as visiting tourists, will be able to enjoy a variety of events.
Organized into six meetings: Arts, Conferences, Friends, On Stage, Pitchoun, and Tremplin, the Off Festival offers unique activities including a film concert about women and blues, or a live performance in a sublime setting amidst the vineyards on the hills of Bellet for a real moment of conviviality; also conferences given by a renowned jazz historian in the presence of artists, and exhibitions, including one featuring thirty works based on the official poster at Palais Lascaris.
