The “Super Volunteer” platform was launched this week by the city of Nice to help highlight the commitment of volunteers.
The city of Nice is very dynamic in the nonprofit sector. More than 3,000 volunteers are committed to helping others. These actions help to strengthen social cohesion, which is of great importance for the French Riviera capital. That’s why Nice has taken the initiative to launch a platform to highlight the commitment of Niçois volunteers and put them in the spotlight.
How does it work?
If you are yourself a volunteer, or if you know of a dedicated volunteer with an organization or a volunteer who supports someone in need, you can submit a nomination starting today and until April 8. You will find a dedicated form on the Associations Portal and on the city of Nice website.
Selected volunteers will be rewarded and will receive a well-deserved distinction to thank them for their commitment. It is important to celebrate our everyday heroes.
