From 9 AM to 9 PM, you are welcomed in a small, comfortable space with high tables and neutral colors.
Les Halles Grimaldi offers fresh products cooked in-house by a great chef, Patrice Di Talon, who works in the parent location in Roquefort-les-Pins. Villa Simone is a large stone building that provides a reception room and garden for various events. Nestled in the hinterland, this high-place of event cuisine wanted to get better known and closer to the downtown clientele. It is with this goal that Les Halles Grimaldi opened.
Rabbit terrine with hazelnuts, truffled brie, marinated salmon, the dishes are presented beautifully and are mouthwatering. Cold buffet, salad, lunch menu, on-site or takeaway, the dishes cater to all desires at reasonable prices. The display also features sweet treats. You can visit at tea time to enjoy a small pastry.
