In the context of the L’Italie à Table fair, taking place this weekend in Nice on the Promenade des Anglais, you will be able to attend a culinary workshop on Sunday, June 1st from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM centered around the niçoise salad under the auspices of the Cercle de la Capelina d’Or and the Label Cuisine Nissarde.

Indeed, three enthusiasts of niçoise cuisine have accepted the organizers’ invitation to come and present the niçoise salad in their own way. With the same starting basket comprising ingredients from the Label Cuisine Nissarde’s recipes, they will interpret their vision of this emblematic salad of the niçoise heritage.

All members of the Cercle de la Capelina d’Or and the technical committee of the Label Cuisine Nissarde, Laurence Duperthuy-Stramigioli of the culinary blog Variations Gourmandes, Daniel Silvetti from the restaurant Lu Fran Calin, and Franck Viano, winner of the azuréenne edition of the show “Un dîner presque parfait,” will offer you the chance to attend the preparation and presentation of their dish.

For Laurence, it will be a presentation whose surprise she reserves, Daniel will present a classic niçoise salad, while Franck Viano will create his niçoise salad millefeuille, which he served as a starter during the show.
