The acquisition of OGC Nice by Ineos could be finalized in a few days. At the end of July, Ineos received the green light from the National Directorate of Management Control (DNCG) of the Professional Football League on a Wednesday.
According to the Competition Authority, “the decision on the merger should normally come by the end of August. An exemption from the suspensive effect of the authorization request has been granted to allow for player recruitment.”
