Maison Lac opens the doors of its workshop this Saturday, November 30, to present its end-of-year collection. A unique opportunity to dive into the world of chocolate and pastry.
This Saturday, November 30, between 2 PM and 5 PM, Pascal Lac invites the public to visit his workshop. Located northeast of Nice at 113 route de Laghet, in La Trinité, this place is a haven for gourmands. This open house is the perfect opportunity to discover the 2024 Christmas creations in preview. Patisserie logs, Advent calendars, and chocolate pieces will be in the spotlight.
The event offers an immersion into the backstage of the chocolate factory. Visitors can observe the machinery used to work with chocolate, smell the cocoa aromas wafting from the workshops, and perhaps chat with Pascal Lac himself. The founder of Maison Lac will share his inspirations for this new collection, painstakingly designed to celebrate the year-end holidays.
Tastings for the most gourmand
In addition to this immersion, tastings are planned throughout the afternoon. A wonderful opportunity for chocolate and pastry enthusiasts to savor unique creations. As well as the novelties that will adorn some Christmas tables… Visitors can take advantage of this to discover the craftsmanship of the artisans of Maison Lac.
The Advent calendars, inspired by the landscapes of Megève and Nice, are already available in the five boutiques on the Côte d’Azur. The complete 2024 Christmas collection, including creamy logs, vacherins, and crispy chocolate pieces, can also be pre-ordered on site.
Pascal Lac invites you for this gourmet and festive interlude. A moment to share with family or friends, in a place where chocolate becomes art.
