Several hundred tourists, mostly French vacationers including some from the Azure Coast, found themselves stranded last Sunday on Turkish territory following a conflict between the airline Atlas Jet and the French tour operator Elegance.
Alerted to this situation, Planigo swiftly implemented the repatriation of its clients through its service dedicated specifically to such circumstances. The repatriation was carried out at the company’s expense and by its own means, benefiting the vacationers who were thus able to return to French territory as quickly as possible.
Atlas Jet has accused Elegance of a payment default, which the latter has immediately denied. The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs has warned French tourists in Turkey about possible further flight cancellations.
Planigo has committed to its customers to show immediate responsiveness to cope with these probable cancellations.
