Launched in June 2011, this Côte d’Azur initiative, with support from the PACA Regional Council, will allow 120 SMEs-SMIs large companies to benefit from the sponsorship of about twenty large companies for two years.
“PLATO PACA Sustainable Performance Journey” is:
A two-year support program bringing together 120 SMEs, 24 large companies from Marseille Provence, Nice Côte d’Azur, and Var with:
– A pre-diagnosis of your company: personalized evaluation of your company’s performance level in economic, social, and environmental practices, and identification of areas for improvement. (½ day)
– Group workshops: led by recognized external coaches and experts – managerial themes related to sustainable performance (½ day, once a month, 10/year)
– Individualized follow-up: identification of improvement actions and planning of action plans for the sustainable performance of your company (½ day)
– Plenary meetings: thematic conferences and round tables, debates and exchange of experiences, company visits, business meetings (½ day, 2/year)
The Plato PACA Sustainable Performance system allows the development of business contacts with other business leaders facing similar challenges to share their experiences and optimize their know-how. This innovative skills system has the originality of associating local large company executives with the leaders of very small businesses and SMEs.
