The Polygone Riviera center adopts a new name and a modernized vision. The Frey group, owner for a year, announces an ambitious strategy to transform this space into a must-visit destination in the Alpes-Maritimes.
Polygone Riviera, located in Cagnes-sur-Mer, becomes Shopping Promenade Riviera. With 6.5 million visits in 2024, the center is entering a new phase under the Frey group’s initiative. This change is not limited to the name. It is accompanied by an enriched offer and enhanced promotion of the shopping center.
As the primary leisure destination in the department, Shopping Promenade Riviera targets a family clientele.
The center will soon offer new activities, including the arrival of SpeedPark, a 5,000 m² indoor leisure complex. Visitors will be able to enjoy karting, bowling, or laser game. A new gastronomic area will be set up near the Place des Arcades, featuring terrace restaurants overlooking the Malvan.
In terms of shopping, fashion and sports enthusiasts will be pleased with new brands.
Art also has a place in this renewal. The center will highlight street art, with murals created by regional and international artists.
An Environmental Commitment
Certified BREEAM “Excellent”, Shopping Promenade Riviera confirms its commitment to sustainable development. In 2025, 2,000 m² of solar panels will be installed, allowing for a 12% reduction in the energy consumption of common areas.
The Frey Group also aims to make this place a space for sharing and social connection, thanks to the Social Club®, dedicated to collaborative projects.
