In a letter addressed to the Prefect of Alpes-Maritimes on February 28, Patrick ALLEMAND requested the Prefect to ban this demonstration planned for March 4, initiated by the Nissa Rebela movement, considering that the matter was far too serious to allow for pre-election provocations likely to create a serious disturbance to public order.
