The Nice Côte d’Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry is investing in the creation of a new underground parking area at the Port of Nice, Quai de la Douane.
This project, with a cost of €20.5 million, will create 482 new parking spaces.
A central element of the Port of Nice, located at the intersection of its historical axes, the Quai de la Douane, formerly the filled land of the “Abudharam” house, is a prime area for redesigning and enhancing the urban and port space at the Port of Nice.
This underground parking project at Quai de la Douane, entrusted to the group of companies Impresa Pizzarotti, is part of a High Environmental Quality approach.
