This Thursday, April 18, at the Departmental Council, the regional, departmental, and municipal medals of honor were awarded to 69 agents of the Departmental Council of the Alpes-Maritimes.
Created in 1987, this regional, departmental, and municipal medal of honor aims to honor agents who have dedicated their skills and expertise for years to public interest missions.
During this ceremony filled with emotion and recognition, sixty-nine agents had the privilege of being awarded a prestigious distinction: ten gold medals were given to agents who completed 35 years of service, eighteen vermeil medals were awarded to those who served for 30 years, and forty-one silver medals were presented to those who dedicated 20 years of their life to service.
This distinction is an achievement and recognition for various professions ranging from administration, health, sports, and many others. Through these medals, the essence of the sixty-nine honored individuals is recognized and celebrated. “It is together that the Departmental Council holds this beautiful image in the eyes of the Maralpins and citizens,” emphasized Charles Ange Gynรฉsy, President of the Alpes-Maritimes Department.
