Patrick Allemand is not giving up: dismissed by the municipal majority regarding his wish to maintain the Théâtre de la Photographie et de l’Image at its current location to make way for the future Théâtre de Francis Huster, he comes back into the fray on the financial aspect.
How much will this logistical restructuring operation cost, which includes four major changes: the creation of the Théâtre de Francis Huster, the creation of the Musée de la Photographie, the relocation of the Ferrero collection, and the Forum of Urbanism.
In this regard, he has written an open letter to the (new) Mayor to request complete transparency on the overall budget and more broadly on the general organization of these changes.
For him: “You don’t create cultural venues with a snap of the fingers but by establishing a true cultural engineering, which seems to be sorely lacking in the current organization.”
And he concludes: “Given the scale of the changes being made, I am surprised that no debate has taken place in the Municipal Council.”
In the absence of this, he will have to be content with an answer, if there is one!
