For the past four years, the Academic Inspection of St André, the CD06 Rugby Committee, and the USEP, with the help of the CTCAZ, the RNCAUR, and the City of Nice, have been organizing school rugby meetings for students from elementary schools in Nice, Drap, and La Trinité. These students have participated in oval ball learning cycles throughout the school year.
This year, more than 800 students from CE2 to CM2 will gather on June 6th, 7th, and 9th, 2011, at the Stade de l’Oli in Nice to take part in oval ball games and technical workshops based on rugby (passing, tackling, kicking, etc.).
