Shopping Promenade Riviera is undergoing a large-scale transformation, funded by an investment of 28 million euros. The center, which will be completed by the end of 2026, aims to strengthen its retail and leisure offerings while improving its outdoor environment.
Shopping Promenade Riviera continues its transformation. The shopping center in Cagnes-sur-Mer, formerly Polygone Riviera, owned by the Frey Group, is undergoing a major transformation that has mobilized a total investment of 28 million euros for all projects since its inception. The complete delivery of the site is expected by end of 2026.
With 70,000 m², 150 stores, 1,800 employees, and seven million visitors per year, the site intends to enhance its position as an open-air retail and leisure hub.
New activities
The ongoing work involves several areas of the site, including the future Speed Park, Fort Boyard Adventures, ON AIR Fitness centers, and the new urban park connected to the Malvan park. The developments also include a playground and the arrival of six new restaurants.

Leading the site since September 1, 2025, Élodie Costa, Director of Shopping Promenade Riviera, outlines her roadmap. Her quote should be reproduced exactly: “I intend to capitalize on my vision of future commerce, fueled by years of field analysis, strategic management, and monitoring of consumer trends, to continue supporting our stores daily, enhancing their visibility, and animating the site with useful, differentiating activities aligned with customer expectations. Our ambition is to offer a lively place for commerce, experiences, and sharing. In November, we will provide an update on the ongoing projects and upcoming developments!”
