The 27th and final stage of the summer tour of the sports caravan will take place in Golfe Juan this Thursday, August 27, during the night.
Organized by the departmental Olympic and sports committee of Alpes-Maritimes in partnership with the departmental council and the departmental directorate of social cohesion, this major free event offering sports initiation will be held at the “Theater of the Sea”.
It is intended for children and teenagers from 4 to 16 years old, and to participate, one simply needs to go to the site of the “Theater of the Sea” from 5 PM to 10 PM.
A host of high-level athletes, sponsors of this tour, will come to celebrate the nighttime finale in Golfe Juan! Exciting encounters including Christine Shoenn (Wheelchair Tennis), Patrice Barattero (Para Snowboard), Jonathan Pastorino (Full Contact), Sonia Fiuza (Karate) and many others!
In Golfe Juan, young participants will be able to engage in a multitude of sports activities and thus choose their activity for the school year: athletics, badminton, baseball, basketball, boules, cycling, fencing, football, FFST: road safety track, gymnastics, handball, judo, karate, pétanque, rural sports, tennis, table tennis, trampoline, volleyball.
A booth will be dedicated to recruiting volunteers for Euro 2016, with the presence of the official mascot “Super Victor.”
A T-shirt will be offered to all participants, and there are prizes to be won by drawing, including a jersey of OGC Nice.
