The second edition of Ciné Récré, the cinema festival for children organized by the City of Nice and its Cinematheque, was a true success! 6,686 entries over 5 days of events!
Parents and grandparents warmly welcomed this initiative, which was an opportunity for everyone to go to the cinema as a family at a very affordable price.
This initiative thus achieved its two objectives:
Cultural, by allowing children to see or rewatch films on the big screen and share emotions with others and their parents in a real cinema hall;
Social, by ensuring access to cinema, and consequently culture, for everyone, regardless of budget.
