This Tuesday, April 28th, at 9 AM, the start of the 2nd Citizen Rally of the Ariane district will be announced. More than 70 children and teenagers, accompanied by their parents and supervised by facilitators, will participate in this friendly event themed around citizenship.
Members of the teams “Fraternity,” “Liberty,” “Equality,” “Respect,” “Solidarity,” “Citizenship,” “Secularism,” “Tolerance” will discover the iconic places of their neighborhood and participate in various sites with fun activities and informative quizzes: conducting a police investigation at the police station, discovering the ATE’s asylum seekers reception center, gathering around the values and symbols of the Republic at the library, in the annex town hall or at the Le Village social center, raising awareness about gender equality in the professional world with the Petits débrouillards, fighting against discrimination with the House of Justice and Law, the CIDFF, and the youth reception and listening point l’Escale, etc.
A fun and educational operation is a great opportunity to unite residents and stakeholders of the neighborhood around a common project.
