This Thursday, Baie des Anges Publishing House is organizing a cultural event at the Dominique Gallery. It’s called the “3 days of the book by Baie des Anges publishing house.” A way to make up for the cancellation of the Book Festival in Nice.
Relief for book lovers. Baie des Anges publishing house is organizing an exhibition called “Street Photography” by Pia Parolin, taken from her photographic work entitled “A Sunday in Nice”, prefaced by photographer Jean-Christophe Bechet.
An exhibition to make up for the festival
For three days, visitors will have the chance to come and admire numerous written works published during this very special year of 2020. A year marked by the Coronavirus epidemic that caused the cancellation of the much-anticipated Book Festival.
The works of 2020 on display
Among the works, two new publications will be featured:
“What’s it to her?” by Lilas Spak. The first collaboration between the Nice-based house and journalist Lilas Spak. A gathering around a selection of 23 columns accompanied by drawings by Virginie Broquet.
“Le Clézio and the Nice Region” by Martine Arrigo-Schwartz, in tribute to Jean-Marie Gustave Le Clézio, the famous 80-year-old Nice writer known under the signature J.M.G.
