The thirty-second edition of the Valbonne cross-country race “Run for Human Rights” will take place this Sunday, December 13th. It will be paired with the “10 Days to Sign” campaign.
This is a sporting event that symbolically associates participants’ commitment to expressing their support or sympathy for the cause of respecting and defending Human Rights.
At the start of the race, a stand offers participants, as well as their supporters, the opportunity to take part in the international “10 Days to Sign” operation in favor of 10 people in danger selected by Amnesty International.
Three courses are organized: 1km at 10 am, 4km at 10:30 am, 11km at 11:15 am. 400 participants are expected.
Starting from the Bermond farm in Valbonne-Sophia-Antipolis, the routes pass through the forest of Sophia-Antipolis and for the longest course, the old village of Valbonne.
Real-time ranking (except for the 1km course) and cup awards to the top three in each category starting from 12:30 pm.
