On Thursday, December 15, 2011, at 8:30 PM at the Nice Acropolis, Michèle Bernier is back in great shape, determined to give time and those who remind us of it a slap in the face.
A few words about the show “Et pas une ride!”:
“When your parents have passed away, your children have left, you’ve been dumped by your husband, kicked out a few lovers, and find yourself alone in front of 50 candles… You take a deep breath and say to yourself: I may still not know what I want, but I know what I no longer want! – I no longer want to be overdrawn for useless anti-wrinkle creams – I don’t want to go to tea dances on the Channel with Senior Cruises – I no longer want to smoke on the balcony – I no longer want to obey! – I want to sing about my menopause – I want to hook up with a young man my own age – I want to cross the Andes on a sedan chair – and above all, I want to be left in peace!”
