The restaurant L’Azur Bistrot niçois opened its doors a few weeks ago. It is located at 24 rue Costes et Belotes in Nice, at the foot of the new hotel of the Radisson group, which it is part of.

After several semi-gourmet establishments in Paris, Gaëtan Debes settles in Nice where he is currently the Executive Chef of the 4-star hotel, Radisson Nice Airport. His responsibilities revolve around three main themes: team management, culinary creativity, and hygiene and safety.

Originally from Strasbourg, he gained experience in several semi-gourmet restaurants in Paris and the two-Michelin-starred La Palme d’Or in the Hotel Martinez in Cannes. In 2014, he joined the Radisson group, to which this new address belongs, and took over the kitchens of a 250-room establishment in Marne-la-Vallée.
