Find the new edition of the Beausoleil Côte d’Azur Sport Film Festival from Tuesday, April 16 to Thursday, April 18, 2024.

For three years, CDOS 06 and the city of Beausoleil have organized the “Beausoleil Côte d’Azur Sport Film Festival.” In harmony with the 2024 Olympic Games taking place in Paris, this year’s theme is “Sport and Olympism.” This new edition will be held from Tuesday, April 16 to Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the Prince Hereditary Jacques Cultural Center in Beausoleil.

This year, the Beausoleil Côte d’Azur Sport Film Festival has received more than 430 films from all corners of the world. More than 75 countries were able to participate in this sports festival, setting a new record for the last three editions.

On the program:

  • Opening night on Tuesday, April 16 at 6:30 PM with the screening of a documentary film on the Paris Olympic Games in 1924, “Paris jeux t’aime” by director Julien Faraut. This will be followed by a cocktail to spice up the debates with professionals and historians.
  • On Wednesday, April 17 at 6:30 PM, enjoy an evening focused on women’s sports with the screening of the documentary film “Les Incorrectes” by Anne Cécile Genre. The documentary focuses on the beginnings of Alice Milliat’s sports journey. A debate and cocktail will follow the presentation.
  • To end on a high note, the closing night will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 6:30 PM, with the award ceremony for the winners, followed by a cocktail to conclude the festival. During this evening, you will be able to see the presence of numerous directors and producers from around the globe, as well as the festival’s patroness, Victoria Ravva, a volleyball champion, and the patron, Alain Bernard, a double Olympic swimming champion.
