The city of Nice, in collaboration with INSEE, is organizing this operation and is recruiting census agents who are responsible for visiting individuals’ homes to fill out the INSEE census forms.
Desired Profile: Retirees or students (high school diploma required) with good presentation, meticulous, and available in the evenings and on weekends to meet with individuals.
Compensation per session according to the following gross rates:
25 € for training and field recognition (provided that the training and the tour have been fully completed),
0.85 € per individual form
1.30 € per housing sheet
Census agents will receive a fixed travel allowance for the duration of the mission, varying according to the category of the surveyed residential area:
– Category 1: 22 € in dense urban areas
– Category 2: 33 € in extended urban areas
– Category 3: 44 € in dispersed residential areas
Furthermore, training and field recognition will be provided by the city of Nice between the 5th and 14th of January 2009.
