The Pasteur Health Hub is expanding with a new achievement: this Friday, the Cité Saint-François was inaugurated after almost 3 years of construction (with the groundbreaking in 2013).
With an area of 5,000 m² and an investment of 10 million euros, advanced techniques (for example, hot water needs will be met by solar panels), the former Saint-François clinic becomes the Cité Saint-François.
A remarkable accomplishment that fits into the strategy of locating excellence in health equipment and supports the revitalization of the neighborhood.
It will be a place for meeting and sharing where are grouped:
• The Saint François Clinic with its 100 employees and 60 independent practitioners
(ENT Surgery, Maxillofacial and Stomatology, Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery, Eye Surgery, Hand Surgery, Foot Surgery, Anesthesia, Psychiatry)
• The Saint François Student Residence with 43 furnished apartments ranging from 19m² to 43m²
• The Voie Romaine Daycare Center with 40 spots, certified by the CAF and open Monday to Friday, from 6:45 am to 8:15 pm
• The Cité Conference Center consisting of 4 rooms with a total capacity of 200 people
• The “le 65” Brasserie open to everyone from 8 am to 6 pm, with its 150m² room, its 300 m² terrace, and quality cuisine
• A public parking lot with 100 spaces
Additionally, the Ceres day hospital offers solutions to nutrition problems.
