Although in the last decade, several indicators were not favorable, a trend is emerging today, with several signals pointing to an innovative Commerce that adapts and anticipates. It is also a Commerce that, little by little, shows remarkable resources to renew itself in an increasingly restrictive environment that calls for solutions,” wrote Philippe RENAUDI, President of UPE06, in his introductory editorial.
In fact, “The commerce sector has undergone profound transformation over the past few years. The proliferation of sales channels, especially due to the advent of digital technology, and the diversification of consumer expectations are the main causes of a continuous mutation pushing the sector to reinvent itself,” is the opinion of Olivier Bedot*, who will lead the final conference-debate.
