From June 6 to 10, 2006 in Nice and Sophia Antipolis, the Fourth Dimension Festival will blend arts, sciences, and technologies for a new perception of the world.
As the first global festival of Arts, Sciences, and Technologies, the Fourth Dimension Festival will bring together in Nice and Sophia Antipolis, from June 6 to 10, internationally renowned artists, philosophers, professors, engineers, and scientists.
Together, over five days, they will synthesize and materialize their vision of creation beyond all tradition. The concerts, conferences, exhibitions, film screenings, and other events that are scheduled in Nice, at the University premises, in Valrose, and in several points of Sophia Antipolis, also share a common theme: a high-level dialogue between art, technology, and science in their latest advances.
Lights, sounds, fragrances, all elements are revisited by cutting-edge technologies and lead to a new perception of the world around us. The Festival has been associated with the festivities of 06-06-06 organized by the department to mark a date that will not recur for a century.
