On Saturday, October 18th, two cooking classes will be offered to 20 children centered around the recipe of the fruity Pan Bagnat, which allowed Franck Viano to win the Nice edition of the show “Un dîner presque parfait.” Registration is mandatory.
This event, marking the end of the exhibition “Miam! You will taste…”, will enable two groups of 20 young chefs to create and then enjoy this dessert consisting of orange blossom brioche and fruit.
On this occasion, Galeries Lafayette will present a cheque for €500 to the association “Tous avec Hugo” to facilitate the purchase of supplies for the comfort of children in the pediatric hemato-oncology department of CHU NICE L’ARCHET 2.
The first class will be offered at 2:30 PM and the second at 4:00 PM on the ground floor of the store.
