Patrick Mallea has been elected President of the Alpes-Maritimes Committee of the League Against Cancer by the Board of Directors.
He succeeds the previous five Presidents, who were Professor Vincent Paschetta, Jacques Mรฉdecin, Maurice De Alberti, Professor Franรงois Demard, and Professor Maurice Schneider.
Professor Maurice Schneider, President of the Committee since 2002, announced, as he had previously stated at the General Assembly, that he would not run for the presidency again. He has given his full support to Patrick Mallea’s candidacy.
The new president will be supported by Pascal Lamaury, General Secretary, and Chantal Biancardini, Treasurer.
