This Thursday at 8:30 PM, in partnership with Les Ouvreurs and the Collectif Droits des Femmes 06, an “Audre Lorde” evening will be held as part of the Journées Poët Poët, a poetry festival organized by the company “Une petite voix m’a dit” at the Beaulieu-sur-Mer cinema.
The evening will be dedicated to Audre Lorde, an African-American poet, feminist, lesbian, mother, warrior, and cancer survivor who constantly fought against racism, sexism, homophobia, and all forms of social injustices throughout her life and through her writings.
