The Nice Artists Collective invites you throughout the month of May to take a tour of the four cardinal points of the city of Nice, titled “In May, do as you please… and visit Nice at its four corners.”
And to start off, the spotlight will be on the North at the Temple of Love, this Sunday, May 2 at noon sharp, accompanied by the sound of the cannon.
This first CAN Shot of May will be dedicated to love, and what better place than the Temple of Love, also known as the Temple of Diana, located in the heart of Chambrun Park in Nice North.
Soprano Diane Frémaux and mezzo-soprano Pascale Vernassa will perform the famous “Barcarolle” piece from “The Tales of Hoffmann” by Jacques Offenbach and Jules Barbier, as featured in Roberto Benigni’s film “Life is Beautiful.”
