The Nice Côte d’Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with the French Association of Master Restaurateurs, is organizing a discussion meeting to learn everything about this title this Thursday, December 13th at 3:30 PM at its headquarters on Boulevard Carabacel.
Recognizing the best professionals in traditional cuisine by highlighting their skills and commitment to quality is the aim of the “Master Restaurateur” title.
According to a survey conducted in 2011, beyond price, the top consumer choice criteria such as “the assurance of fresh, on-site cooked products” and “the quality of hospitality and service” come first!
