Two days to highlight the work of local producers and discover the richness of local products: this is the goal of the 11th edition of “MIN d’Azur en Fête”, which will be held on Saturday, June 14 and Sunday, June 15.
Farmers from the Alpes-Maritimes, the Chamber of Agriculture, and the Chamber of Trades have mobilized numerous exhibitors.
For a weekend with bucolic and rustic touches, families and children can explore and become aware of the bioactivity of Nice’s parks and gardens through the city’s Green Spaces, the Phoenix Park, the Environmental House, and the Exotic Garden.
It will also be possible to discover the quality products used in school meal preparation through three workshops: nutrition, video projection and culinary workshop, get close to unique farm animals with the Côte d’Azur Poultry Society, fill your lungs with the scents of local flowers thanks to Nice Qualité +, take a small ecological and silent tour in an Auto-Bleue, practice olive pruning with the Central Agriculture Society, observe lavender distillation, and chat with artisans who perpetuate the crafts of yesteryear…
