Mr. Xavier Bonhomme, the public prosecutor at the High Court of Pointe-à-Pitre, is appointed to serve as the public prosecutor at the High Court of Nice.
An experienced magistrate, having previously served as a prosecutor at the High Court of Ajaccio and in the Antilles, and after having been an investigating judge in Avignon and having served in the prosecutorial offices of Perpignan and Paris, he thus becomes the new prosecutor of Nice, replacing Jean-Michel Prêtre, who has been appointed in Lyon as Advocate General at the Court of Appeal.
