What to do after the baccalaureate? Which studies to choose? What career path to take? To answer these questions, the Nice Academy is organizing the 6th Post-Bac Career Fair on the Saint Jean d’Angély campus, 24 Avenue des Diables Bleus, in Nice on Saturday, November 24, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
200 professionals from all sectors (environment, construction, tourism, hospitality, law, health, social, industry, banking, etc.) will be present to answer questions from high school students, university students, and parents about career guidance and to talk about their profession, their experience, and their professional environment.
The 6th Post-Bac Career Fair is organized by the regional delegation of ONISEP (National Office for Information on Education and Professions) with the rectorate of the Nice Academy, the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis, the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Regional Council (main partner), the General Council of Alpes-Maritimes, the City of Nice, MAIF, ERDF, Banque Populaire, the Union of Industries and Trades of Metallurgy (UIMM), the Federation of Building and Public Works of Alpes-Maritimes (BTP 06), the Federation of Trade and Distribution Companies (FCD).
The program includes:
A reception area focused on career orientation with the Information and Guidance Centers (CIO) of Alpes-Maritimes and the orientation services of the University of Nice;
The stand of the regional delegation of ONISEP on careers and education programs;
Conferences throughout the day on teaching careers (training, enrollment conditions, presentation of various master’s programs), art studies, engineering careers, paramedical careers, the evolution of industry careers, and careers in information and communication technologies;
Information areas on mobility aids, financial aid, housing support, and part-time jobs with the Provence Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region, Crous de Nice-Toulon, and the Côte d’Azur Regional Youth Information Center (CRIJCA);
A stand on studying abroad, a frequently asked question by young people.
