In 2011, the Nice Jazz Festival IN was a great success with 30,000 spectators over 5 days, and the OFF also created an event. More than 25,000 spectators attended a host of concerts throughout the city for over 2 weeks, and over 150 musicians from our region toured all the neighborhoods of our city to offer the people of Nice and the many visitors a range of all the variations of Jazz music.

For this new 2012 edition, the Nice Jazz Festival Off is even more ambitious:

♦ It began last night, June 21, 2012, on the day of the music festival, to end on July 12.

♦ More groups will occupy even more venues, offering new events (Gypsy dance, Creole dance) to ensure as many people as possible participate in this annual celebration that is the Nice Jazz Festival.

The OFF of the festival also highlights the expertise of associations, partners, the National Regional Conservatory of Nice, and local artists who bring Jazz to life throughout the year in Nice.
